Hi, my name is Beth Chase and I am the creator of the LinearWay  system. I specialize in organizational development and risk management and have worked with pregnancy help organizations for over 34 years.

Linear based systems provide the structure for your organization's continuous improvement and matrix processes. Adding linear organizational applications make pregnancy help organizations more effective and defensible.

Every pregnancy center organization is unique, therefore, there is 'no one' way or linear model that works for every pregnancy center. The LinearWay system equips and empowers you and your team with what you need to know to implement a system that works best for your pregnancy center.

The LinearWay  system is about strengthening the mission of pregnancy medical clinics through helping them to convert their client services platform to a linear model.

This is accomplished through:

• Providing a boot camp training seminar that introduces the linear concepts and tools.
• Offering practical products and tools that support a linear client services platform.
• Working one on one with pregnancy center staff to implement a linear system that is right for them.
• Providing continued education in linear concepts.
